Yes! I am so happy and relieved that I got accepted into the graphic design program. I was so scared I wasn’t going to get in and I didn’t have a back up plan as to what I would do next year. I’d have to change my major, transfer schools or defer for a year; but I’m glad I don’t have to worry about that now. I didn’t think I’d get in, because there were 90+ people who applied and only 40 were accepted, and from the 21 students in my class alone, all their designs were so nice and there was still three other classes plus the other people who were reapplying from last year, to consider. I really think my craft helped me a lot because they were next to perfect and my symbols were pretty average compared to the other people in my class. But I’m glad I got in. I’m kinda curious as to what number I ranked.
Anyways I should probably start studying for my geology final tomorrow. Two finals then it’s summer.
I need a bigger desk. I had to stacked my printer box on top of my printer for more space. But I’m finally done crafting my color studies. Now I get to sleep for 3 hours, until I have to get up class.
I hate how whenever you render/export something, the remaining time always ends up increasing instead of decreasing.
For my electronic art class, we have to choose an artist and mimic their style and technique on our own photo, using photoshop. I choose to do the project on Marion Bolognesi, who is a water color artist.
I used her painting on the right as my reference.
